jordanThe International Labour Organization (ILO) launched a project named “Know about Business” (KAB) to offer potential young entrepreneurs the training they need in setting up their own business. This course, from summer 2011 to the end of 2016, was supported by the Business Development Centre, drawing on funds provided by the Government of Canada.

55% of the population in Jordan is under 15 years old and 30% of Jordanian youth are unemployed and seeking employment.  Filling the gap in entrepreneurship education will help them a lot. Nearly 550 Jordanian youth learned how to set up and run a business through the KAB course.

BAB aims to reach 4,500 young students over 2013-2015 academic years and covers all aspects of business management.
